Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when trauma, anxiety, or grief weigh heavily on your mind and heart. Many of the people I work with have experienced significant trauma—whether through sexual assault, childhood abuse, or the deep scars left by war or loss. Trauma has a way of shaping how we see the world, how we relate to others, and how we experience everyday life. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling to move forward after these life-altering experiences.
For many, trauma can result in feelings of being “stuck” or unable to fully engage with life. It can show up in anxiety, depression, flashbacks, and intrusive thoughts. If you’ve been living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), you may feel disconnected from the world around you, like you’re constantly on edge, or unable to experience the peace and joy you once had. Whether the trauma was recent or something that happened long ago, it’s never too late to find healing.
I also work with individuals experiencing life transitions that can trigger intense emotional distress. Whether you’re dealing with a breakup, a career change, the loss of a loved one, or navigating a major shift in your family dynamics, these moments can feel isolating and destabilizing. If you find yourself struggling with feelings of inadequacy, hopelessness, or anxiety, I’m here to guide you through the process of reclaiming your sense of balance and purpose.
Another area I focus on is helping clients who are struggling with low self-esteem and relational difficulties. If you’ve ever felt “not good enough” or stuck in negative patterns of behavior, I help you explore and understand the root causes of these feelings. Together, we work to rebuild a healthier, more positive self-image, and strengthen your ability to form healthier relationships with others.
If you’re ready to begin the healing process or simply want someone to walk with you through life’s challenges, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs. You don’t have to face these struggles alone—there is hope, and I can help you find your way forward.

More than just my work:
Outside of my work with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my sweet dog, Daisy. I am dedicated to working out, especially riding my Peloton bike, yoga, and daily meditation, which I do outdoors as often as the Chicagoland weather allows! My husband and I love spending time with our 3 grown sons in Chicago and California whenever we can!
