Admin Team
Madi Gottstein
Administrative Coordinator
Madi brings a strong foundation in healthcare administration to her role as Administrative Coordinator at Access Counseling. With previous experience as an Office Coordinator at a pediatric clinic, she understands the importance of smooth, behind-the-scenes operations
in supporting both clinicians and clients. Her focus is on creating an organized, welcoming environment where therapists can thrive and clients feel supported from the very first interaction.
Madi holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Library and Information Sciences at the University of Illinois. She brings warmth, efficiency, and a genuine passion for helping others to every part of her
work.
Outside
the clinic, Madi enjoys roaming bookstores and libraries, crafting with friends, and spending time with her rescue dog, Axel.
