At different points in life, we may find ourselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how we ended up in the same patterns. It can be difficult to slow down long enough to make sense of our experiences—let alone reach out for support.

Therapy provides the space to reflect on your inner world, explore the roots of current struggles, and deepen understanding of how past experiences shape present-day thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Through a warm, collaborative process, I help clients build insight, emotional clarity, and new ways of engaging with themselves and others.

Together, we work to break unhelpful patterns, increase insight, build emotional resilience, and create new ways of navigating life’s challenges. We work together to create lasting change—not just in symptoms, but in self-understanding, relational patterns, and how you move through the world. Wherever you are in your process, therapy can be a meaningful step toward greater connection, resilience, and wholeness.

As someone who is often thinking deeply about others’ stories, I try to stay connected to my own– whether that’s through movement, writing, cooking/eating, or moments of joy with my dog ☺
